Recently I was diagnosed with stage 3b kidney disease, but I'm also diagnosed with none alcoholic fatty liver disease back to 2016.
My inconsiderate doctor did not mention anything about fatty liver disease has been said nothing about it at all.I found out from my health records.
Anyway because of my life style was busy having partying, drinking etc
Did not take care of my self properly
But past 3 years have been very stressful for me
*I can't sleep easily sleeping with help of tablets tried to get off the tablets for a week then I managed to sleep 4 5 hours a day than rest of the days I felt extremely tired .
*I have got Tinnitus problems
*Sometimes My heart beats faster then usual noticable heartbeats (Heart palpitations)
*Generally have lack of energy
* On and off Headache
* An altered sense of taste
So all those are Kind of Anemia symptoms
I wonder that has anyone who has kidney problems having the same symptoms as I do (Anaemia)
What would you recommend to me about having Anaemia, Fatty liver,Kidney disease
I believe that if I do diet for one thing maybe it may be not good for other problem!
My GP and others they are just excuses for corona situation so we dont get health related info same as before the Corona!
Ohh by the way health care services in the UK is free.
Thanks for reading.

Hi Eric, where CKD stage 3B is concerned, dependent on individual levels of potassium and phosphorus, and creatinine from your blood test results, would determine where you need to tweak your diet, everyone with kidney disease should look at eating less animal protein and more protein from plant sources, drinking less alcohol and avoid excessive high intensity exercise.High potassium can cause heart palpitations but also excessive partying and drinking and stress could be the cause. Fatigue could also be brought on by being stressed and not necessarily anemia especially if you are taking sleeping medication, have you had your blood pressure taken recently? If you have high blood pressure that can cause headaches and tinnitus. Lower iron levels can give you a metallic taste which changes your issues with altered taste.I would talk to your G.P about your concerns and if they feel you need a referral to a Renal specialist, they can do that for you. As fatty liver disease here is a link you may find helpful.
I am not a doctor. but reading all the symptoms you describe is seems to me that a lot of them are caused by your own anxiety. Sometimes our emotions take control and worry and time overtake us. First lets compare your "symptoms" to the most common symptoms of fatty liver disease. They really don't match up well. Most of what you describe are not symptoms of liver problems. Liver disease problems usually present themselves with fatigue, loss of appetite, weight loss, weakness and fluid retention. But lets assume (probably falsely) that your problems stem from your liver. The way to "fix" your liver is diet, exercise, weight loss..Next you worry about anemia. You also state that medical help is free for you. Well anemia can be identified by a simple blood test. And it can be treated. So why wait to guess at what is causing your problems? Go get a simple blood test and find out and if a lot of it is caused by anemia, get treated. Generally it is treated by supplements, pain relievers, oxygen, fluids.
The NHS is not free its paid for by our taxes. I'd just say talk to your GP and cut back on the booze, then kidney function can go up and down based on different factors so has your GP told you you have kidney stage 3b as kidney function does go down a bit with age. And I'm 68 have a GFR of 22/27 and life is normal, you should probably look to staying a healthy weight but may not need to diet it will depend on what your GP advises obviously if diabetic you must be more careful but don't think its a case of living miserably from now on because it's not inevitable your kidneys will get worse. There are over 3 million people in the UK with some form of kidney disease but only about 63 thousand need dialysis or a transplant. Just avoid salt especially low salt salt, grapes, banana's and baked beans. Drink lots of water and it'll probably be a watching brief unless your Nephrologist prescribes medications and he/she willl explain why you need them. Sometimes function does get worse but its not inevitable and don't frighten yourself with Dr Google, your GP will refer you to a Nephrologist if its needed and they may or may not do a biopsy. I'm sorry I have no idea about liver function and again I expect you need to talk to your GPs.
I thank you so much for your kindness taking time and responding to me.
Also my apologies for please for not responding to you sooner.
Unfortunately Because of Corona pandemic situation NHS professionals they are excusing of it and they dont see us they dont talk to us face to face only phone calls appointment they are given us really.
I grew up at an orphanage I have not had a decent education, plus the stressful life caused so much trouble for me I have dyslexia so I prefer to talk face to face with anyone rather than on the phone really. So I can explain my problems better face to face.
Yes agreed that NHS is not free we pay tax.
Yes I will read your comments over over again. And follow your advises.
Thank you so much and have a nice day with your family.
