URSO and itching
I read that URSO can cause itching to get worse. I started URSO on tuesday and my itching immediately became worse. I read that it helps release bile salts that can cause itching. Is this a good thing in regards to my response to the URSO and my PBC? I cant get my labs rechecked until July.I would like

WOW over 8 hours sleep last night!!
Don't know what was different but last night I went to bed at 10 read for a bit went to sleep and didn't wake up until nearly 8.30. I have been trying to figure out what I had done differently because instead of waking up tired I actually feel refreshed. The only thing that is different is I have started

5 x 50 Day 3 - Done & Dusted with a Zombie Run
Tried the Zombie Run app today, I am not convinced, is all I will say. I can't get it to use any of my playlists which is a bit of a pain and other than running normally with the occasional person telling me I had picked up a first aid kit, a pair of trousers or some water, it was pretty boring most

weird asthma advice
was told by another student at uni when i was having a (fairly mild) attack not to take my inhaler, in fact, she actually pushed my hand away from my face as i went to take it, as she had done a 'first aid course' which said not to take any reliever at all until you had drunk 2-3 glasses of room temp

Welcome distraction
Ooops, overslept today, OHs' alarm disturbed me from a dream where I was about to go for a run, whilst teaching a first aid class, next to the sea in the driving rain I live 70 miles from the nearest coast! - I was asking the others whether the tide was going out or in when I was rudely awakened. Bizarre

Canola/Mustered oil is better than Olive oil, because of its contains,of Plant Omega-3 & 6 which are absent in Olive oil ....
Canola/Rapeseed/Mustered oil is better than Olive oil , because of its contains, of Alfa-Linolenic Acid , a Plant Omega-3 oil and Lenoleic Acid Omega- 6 fat, and Olive Oil lacks both,... I see no reason to people running behind Olive oil ....... Its compromising side is lesser % of Omega-6 oils ,....

What is the difference between Fragmin & Innohep?
During my first pregnancy and part of my second I was on Innohep prescribed by an Internest Doctor (my old OB had always called it Fragmin so I thought it was just a brand name) I was taken off of it by a Hematologist who said I need not be treated. I miscarried a week later. I am 10 weeks pregnant

Trying To HIde
It's been sometime since i've logged on to the site. I felt as though I was plunging too deeply into my disease, our disease. So I've been trying to hide from the reality of it all and carry on with work , home , etc. Problem is there is no hiding, none that helps anyway. Ignoring the facts

How do you come off Warfarin
It is nearly 6 months since my first bi-lateral pulmonary embolism. I expect to see a consultant for a check up and that I will come off Warfarin. How does this happen, is the Warfarin reduced over time to allow blood time to stabilise, or not?. I think that I am a bit nervous about coming off it, as
