Low AMH with PCOS?
Hello, I have just had my AMH blood test results back and it's 15.2 pmol - low fertility. I'm 28 and the NHS says this is the 10th percentile for my age range and median for a 35-39 year old. The nurse has said it could be early menopause, but not to worry as 5 pmol is the minimum for IVF if I've

Finally some good news
After a failed round earlier in the year, I've been on all sorts of supplements to try and boost my levels for our second round which we will start mid July. I had blood tests last week and it looks like the supplements are working. My AMH has increased from 2.4 to 5.4 and my FSH has decreased, from

Has anyone had success with a 3BCC blastocyst?
Hi ladies, After my recent failed 5AA fresh transfer, I’ve decided to have my last blastocyst transferred , the clinic have warned it’s unlikely to work and may not even survive thaw stage, but as I’ve got low AMH and I’m not sure I want to go for another around again , this could be my last chance

Egg freezing pre-paid packages
Hello. I don't think there are many egg freezing patients on here but I'm writing in the hope that someone shares a similar experience At my first egg freezing consultation, I made it clear that I was aiming for a target of 30 eggs to have a good chance of getting success from egg freezing. It was

Superdrug one a night sleep aid
Taking 50mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride every night to help me sleep. This is an over the counter med. Have been taking it for nearly two months. Have tried sleeping without it and I am awake for hours because of the tinnitus. Mine is a high pitched squealing in both ears. Just wanted to know if

Should I change clinics?
Hi everyone I have had 2 failed rounds in my local clinic and am hoping to start a new round however my current clinic haven't suggested changing anything particularly. I have just turned 37 with an amh of 7 with male factor fertility. I had 4 eggs followed by 5 eggs collected in the second round with

Disappointing follicle growth. Today is trigger. How much will they grow?
Hello all I'm on my second round of egg freezing and I'm writing again as I'm very dissapointed again. I'm lucky enough to have good AMH for my age (39) but I don't get many eggs as there is a huge difference between lead follicles and ones playing catch up. 1st cycle: I stimmed for 11 days. Menopur

Infertility and Depression
I recently got the results of my IVF……negative. I’m 40, with a very low AMH ( 0.70). At my egg retrieval they were able to get 3 eggs. 2 were mature and fertilized, creating grade A and grade B embryos. Both were transferred 3 days later. I wanted at least one to work, so badly. My doctor told

Is Low AMH at age 28, 29,30.. 35...40 same as Low AMH at 44-45
Is the egg quality any better with Low AMH at younger age comparing to older age? Ok I understand they dont want to treat you with your eggs at age 44 but are they more successful treating younger women with same problem?

Do I need laparoscopy before IVF?
Do I need laparoscopy before IVF? I was diagnosed with a blocked fallopian tube in March. Also have low AMH so I'm booked for a IVF consultation next month. I'm now worrying that since I have a blocked fallopian tube, I must have uterine scarring and I'm worried that the embryo won't implant because

Feeling so horrible and in pain since EC. What can I do?
Hello lovely people! I'm currently 9 days past a 5 day transfer and I'm feeling awful. I have been having pain since my egg collection and although the pain is different now- it's still there and the discomfort is getting worse. First of all I'm still extremely bloated. I'm not using progesterone or

One egg IVF success
In 2011 I had 2 rounds of IVF. Both rounds I only had 1 egg removed. The first round it didn't work, but the second round I got pregnant and had a successful birth. I now have a 9 year old daughter called Sienna. So miracles do happen! I had 5 IUI's with no stimulation drugs, then I switched to IVF,

Egg collection went better than expected!
So Wednesday was my first egg collection, and my scan 48hrs before told us we had three good sized follicles, with a straggler that was only 11mm. Fast forward to Wednesday and we got five mature eggs. I’ve got no idea how or why, but I was over the moon having already been told I’d responded poorly

Really down after first follicle scan
Ladies needing some positivity after my first follicles scan. 39 years old. Amh 10.6. 2 small follicles on my left side and 4 on my right measuring 11mm to 14mm. Back again on Monday. If I only get 3 eggs or less I won't get another round of ivf on the NHS. Any success stories with this few follicles

Sudden extreme cramping/abdominal pain
Hi all, I'm not sure if anyone can help me with this, but putting it out there just in case. I'm 38 (39 in Oct), have had 2 failed rounds of IVF over the last year, have low AMH (2.6 March 2020), only one tube (left removed in Feb 20 due to hydrosalpinx, no sign of endo), poor quality eggs, no MFI,

Wondering if anyone here has experience with an Endoscopic Liver Biopsy to check on PBC /AIH staging?
Anyone here had a liver biopsy done via and EUS / Endoscopy? Back in 2013, I had a traditional liver biopsy and apparently this is a new technique for performing more procedures at once using needle aspiration guided by ultrasound. I am curious what the recovery time is versus the older method. Also,
