I would like to go to the Breathe Easy group but I "suffer" from a form of agoraphobia and I don't like doing anything on my own - panic attacks - but I am ok when accompanied I drive so it is not a case of begging for a lift just the company

Why don't you contact the Breathe Easy group or ask your Respiratory nurse if they know of anyone who lives near you who would like a lift many times people would like to go but cannot manage busses.

Breath easy allow you to take a friend relative with you love,I too suffer agoraphobia panick attacks and I took my daughter with me to pulmonary rehab and now to breath easy group I just could not go on my own it would cause me too much stress.
