...I have found that when I refuse my nicotine consumption I experience less anxiety..that's odd because I always thought it helped deal with anxiety...the other odd thing is when I drink more caffeine I'm more likely to leave my house and it's been drilled in my head that caffeine

I suffer from extreme levels of social anxiety, general anxiety, depression and
agoraphobia
. I know maybe a work from home job would suit me more. But does anybody have any ideas? Or working from home themselves? What was your experiences? just wondering.

Real issues with brands
I have phoned so many pharmacies to try and sort a new one that can provide me with my needs but most never pick up the phone and with my
agoraphobia
issues, I can't just go out and visit each one in person.

New here
I suffer from bipolar, mdd, anxiety, emetophobia, and
agoraphobia
to mention a few. I haven't left my house since January so, that's what I'm working on currently. Thanks to everyone here for being honest and brave posting. Feeling anxious today for some reason. Have a good day everyone!

Getting outdoors
Pushing thru my
agoraphobia
and getting outside to ride and take photos, I guess this is a test to see if I can share a 360 degree photo here. I have a nice day yesterday riding to my local state park. It is one of the few places I can ride to without having to use my truck to move my EBike.

Agoraphobia trigger. My appointment is now in the rear view mirror
First of all,
thank you all
so much
for your help! This community has been so helpful and you all make up the fabric of it. I did take about 3 days to myself after the dreaded appointment. I was mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted. I stayed in my bedroom and was a bit down

I have this appointment today...
Will they treat my
agoraphobia
? Will they take me on as a patient without my previous health records? Will I act right? Will I answer the questions appropriately? Will they treat me with respect? Should I even do this? Should I just get off my meds? Do I look unkempt?

Agoraphobia/Panic Disorder/GAD- Prescribed Ativan- Advice needed!
Hi Everyone, I’ve been dealing with these illnesses for quite sometime. However, I stubbornly (and quite frankly too scared) refused medication for years. I lived a very small life for the last twenty years, avoiding people places and things that would trigger anxiety or where I felt I couldn’t escape

My Story
I couldn't be alone, I didn't feel comfortable going out, borderline
agoraphobia
. An example was is one of my parents had to use the restroom, I would need the other in the room for those two minutes they were gone. I couldn't hold a job. It was a major factor in ending my marriage.

Been post meno a few years now so may titrate off it and see what happens I wonder also whether it's worth trying another private Endo as due to my

Where do we go from here?
I wish I could say my PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, and
agoraphobia
all stemmed from the biological father, but the truth is, that was just the beginning of a long road of struggles. Most of those struggles I am still dealing with today.

I have PA, all was going well, but now they're trying to mess with my b12 perscipton!!!
More weightloss(I was then down to 85 pounds) but worse than that, I couldn't think straight, remember small words and had developed
agoraphobia
. Anxiety was thru the roof. Finally, my local oncologist thought to run a b12 test. It was 90. I was referred back to my primary who ran further tests.

Agoraphobia
What has worked for you? I know that I must go out, exposure, desensitized, breathing, etc. But it is a huge challenge everyday. Taking small dose of alazapram helps but do not want to rely on it. What works for you??? Thx so much for replies!
