Having a hard time getting my usual brands

I order my meds online via my doc who promptly sends the script over to my pharmacy and I have home delivery due to my agoraphobia. My pharmacist knows my sensitivities to certain brands and tries to keep me on the ones I have but every now and then I get something I have never had before or I had a bad reaction to. I have been on to my GP to stipulate on my records the brands I need as when I go online to order I see a brand name against my diazepam but NOT against my thyroid meds. I just phoned the surgery and they said that certain brands do appear against my thyroid meds but they arn't visible when I go online into my account to reorder, and yet the Diazepam brand shows up.

Having a terrible time getting my meds as my pharmacy has been taken over by Well and I phoned for hours and hours last thursday to chase my script due to running out and they wouldn't pick up the phone. I have gone through trying other chemists but they just can't confirm that I will be given the brands I need so I am stuck.

I was thinking of going to somewhere like Pharmacy2U, TrustPilot reviews look good, BUT would they be able to send me the brands I need.

Have put an urgent request in today to speak to a GP because I am running out of my meds and need an urgent new script putting through but I just can't get to speak to anyone, it's ridiculous.

I just don't know what to do

You coud try calling Pharmacy2U to ask whether they would be able to provide the service you need . Their number is 0113 265 0222, and their website says call during working hours and they can arrange a callback.
