Has anyone been diagnosed with BPPV?
I have been to the ER twice, an ENT and a family doctor who believe, based on my explanation of symptoms, I have BPPV. About 2 months ago I woke up in the middle of the night to feed my baby and my head was spinning - I couldn't even read the Advil bottle. Then after that, I started feeling generally

Lower Back Pain in Chicago
My lower back has been hurting for several years. Chiro doesn't help. Nor does physical therapy. It's not a disc problem or anything like that. Advil helps but only to mask some of the pain. Any ideas?!

Advil or Tylenol
Hi all. I hope you are having a care-free relaxing weekend. :) My GI doc told me to take acetaminophen for pain. Not ibuprofen. I try to only take it when absolutely needed because it passes through the liver. What do you take for aches and pains? Norma

I have a aching pain on my left side that gets worse at night.
Some days it's so bad that my side swells and it hurts so bad, other days it's not so bad, but I can always feel it if I bend to my right side. I got a $2500 abdominal scan but they found nothing of course... This has been going on for 4 months, some nights I can not sleep because it's so painful to

Did anyone with PPC have rectal pain?
Hi everyone, This is my second post. I'm so grateful for this forum. I have stage 3 PPC and have just completed my first round of chemo (carbo/Tax; Tax; Tax). I have two more rounds (six weeks) scheduled followed by surgery. OMG I have so much more empathy for what you all have gone through. Thanks

It's all so confusing
We just saw our GP this week and he's upped my husband's oxygen to 3 liters and has added another inhaler (
Advair
) to his already Combivent. While we were at the appointment, I asked the doctor what stage my husband was at. I was shocked when he said "the highest stage". How can that be???

Pressure/Weird Sensation on Right Side of Head
Hi All. I've been experiencing some weird pressure/feelings on the right side of my head every single day for the past month or so. I've been taking an advil a day that usually helps with it temporarily. To best describe it, I can feel like there's something there. It's not painful, per se...it's just

Endometriosis and its many forms..
Endometriosis wasn't the first thought when I turned 10 and got my first period. Except for the fact I bled every day for two years until doctors finally would see me after the continuous hospital visits to receive blood transfusions. I went through pads, thickest kinds, and even diapers. At that age

Rapid heart rate
Hi everyone 😊 I was just put on
Advair
which my insurance would not cover. I took the alternative of taking 220mcg Flovent ( corticosteroid) and 50mcg Severent ( salmeterol). These meds made a miraculous positive difference, was using rescue inhaler several times a day, now only 1- 2 times.

At the end of 2015 I was finally diagnosed with RA. I started feeling pain and fatigue just after my 40th birthday in 2012, my feet would hurt continuously, my hands and wrists hurt just as often but I summed it up to working so much and turning 40. I was diagnosed with migraines as well and until I

there is a way out of this painful, stiff PMR!
Dear friends, I was DX with PMR in February this year. I refused taking the prednisone. I take Advil 2 in morning, 2 in evening. Along with this, I changed the diet, I follow the Anthony William protocol, did research on anti-inflammatory food, I juice and my last sed rate went down by 30 points.

Struggling to get diagnosed!
Hi, everyone! I'm new here, to the lupus community. Like many before me, I've been struggling to get an accurate diagnosis. It's been a long process so far. My symptoms started back in October, with random swelling of my right forearm. I went to the ER, where the doctors agree it was probably tendinitis

tickle cough
I has been prescribed
Advair
diskus 250/50. Started it last month, on my second month & have a fairly constant "tickle" type cough. Occasionally there will be clear mucus but rarely. I guess this is a side effect? Any suggestions to help with this would be appreciated.
