muscle and ADT issues and questions
It’s all a balance of course as the 20 session of 3Gy and 6 months
ADT
is a newer approach for contained PSMA/PET clear PCa even for high risk.

Can anyone advise where I can get NDT in UK? I was taking Thiroid by Nature Pharma which worked well for me, but they stopped making it a few years back. I got as batch of Thyroid-S (4 x 500) which does not agree with me as well but still way better than Levo. My supplies are running low and I am struggling

What else to increase T3? Tried everything ...
Hello beautiful people, My latest TSH is 0.66 and had to lower thyroxine just a bit (from 100/88 to just 88) as was getting some hyper symptoms and felt way better with a lower dose, finally have energy and drive again! My T4 is healthy range, 60% through. However, my T3 dropped to just 10% of the range

IPP Inflatable Penile Implant after PCa Treatment; When to Move on Implant Surgery
But there is plenty of literature on what happens to your penile tissue after
ADT
, RP and RT. Looking back had I received RT with my natural, pre
ADT
, post-op-penis IPP in place I would have had the implant to hold the line against atrophy, scaring and fibrosus.

Cortisol tests
Hi, I just had my cortisol retested to see if there had been any improvement from February 2023. Since August 2023, I have been slowly titrating NDT Armour and taking vitamins, minerals and amino acids prescribed by a private thyroid Dr. My iron & B12 are good, working on increasing vit D. Shytomel duo
Hi guys has anyone heard of or used Shytomel NDT? I'm currently on Armour buy it's very expensive and looking fir an alternative. I have previously tried Thyroid S but I'd get bad palpitations on it when I'd need to increase the dose. The best that ever worked was TR Man but unfortunately they stopped

Erfa to Liothyronine Thybon Henning Dose Conversion
Hello, I used to take ERFA and levothyroxine but as my T3 was slightly high, my new Dr has put me on Thybon Henning so it will be a bit easier to manage T3 and T4 dosing (it's difficult to cut down on NDT as if I lower it I'm also lowering my total T4 dose, and I run low in T4). I have a feeling he

Slow rising PSA. Wait and watch?
Hello everyone My father has been on
ADT
since two years (Zytiga and Lupron). His PSA fell from 500 at diagnosis to 0.41 last September. Since then it has slowly been creeping up. In 5 months it has risen to 0.74.

Natural Desiccated Thyroid, NDT, Sources
Hi everyone, I have been on NDT from Thailand for over a decade and I have only just ordered Thyroid-S. The price has gone up and I was a bit worried because I wasn't sure if the supplier would still be available. There used to be so many suppliers and with more competitive prices over there. Now, this

Only ADT + Apalutamide as treatment
He is newly diagnosed and he started
ADT
one month ago. According to CT it is widely metastatic in lymph nodes. Bone scan is clear. He will start apalutamide but they said that no radiation and no cytostatic treatment.

advice on bisoporol
Does anyone else get memory problems from bisoporol, I was fine on it but this past 4/5 months I’m having really bad memory problems and bouts of tearfulness and it’s very upsetting. Is there and alternative beta blocker that does not affect memory or would calcium channel blockers be better and what

Switching NDTs
Hiya. I am currently trialling a switch to another NDT. I would be grateful if any folk that have done this could advise on dosing during the switch please. Would it be a case of just switching at the same dose, or starting again? Any thoughts would be much appreciated, thanks!

Switching from NDT back to T3 only
Is something like NDT (T4) withdrawal symptoms possible? To be exact, if you are on T3 only but due to some circumstances have to take NDT for a couple of weeks as a replacement and then again can switch back to T3 only, then because of the longer half-life of T4 (up to 9 days I've read), can it become
