MOVEMENT ON MONDAYS: Happy hour anyone? A conversation with Onika Jervis from GirlTrek (with TED Talk link)
“Moving is important for our bodies, our hormones, our
adrenaline
, and that is what gives us that shine, that energy. But we have to ask why - why is it that we see health problems in our communities?

NDT dose - compare to levothyroxine?
I also take 125mg
adrenaline
daily. Signing off, before I literally fall asleep, standing up! I appreciate answers.

They doubled my beta blocker and when I look at the information on that medicine it says that it stops
adrenaline
.... I have been on it in a lower dose for several years. Could the beta blocker be interfering with my absorption of prednisone?

They also do not "talk" to your body because of entry through the digestive system & not getting natural instructions from the Hypothalamus/Pituitary/ Thyroid glands needing fully functioning
adrenaline
. (I had low because I stopped making mine after having wrong diagnosis for Asthma.)

Anxiety due to spicy food😟
I know that this is just my body producing too much
adrenaline
for no reason but you feel so hopeless and out of control so I feel your pain, literally. I have this issue where my feet start sweating uncontrollably and that makes me so uncomfortable.

Seems I'm On Some Kind....
When we become anxious, our body releases
adrenaline
which causes our heart to beat even faster. The brain then tells the lungs that the heart is working harder and needs more oxygen. So we start to breathe faster and harder.

Allow yourself to feel everything
This isn’t going to be overnight, you must endure it reacting many times over a period of many months , on and off, before it FINALLY and eventually concludes that there is no need to keep flooding you with such
adrenaline
(anxiety). And it stops sending the signals to you.

Advice please on results
I also had, what I call '
adrenaline
rushes' at bed time, which I had previously associated with high FT4, as they first happened when in Actavis 100mcg which pushed my FT4 over range. I started to suspect my FT4 may be getting high again.

Letting go of anger
I still get the
adrenaline
rush associated with unanticipated events, but have learned the methods to back up my SSRI in somehow modifying the delayed onset raised cortisol levels which I understand contribute to AF.

Can't Relax or Focus On Breathing
Hi tonight. I have been told here and in other places that anxiety is just adrenalin for no reason other than fear. That a person should relax or calm themselves then the adrenalinn, the "fight or flight" response will fade. They even say to focus on your breathing and take deep breaths. Well, for me

Managing unavoidable triggers in adrenergic AF
The beta blocking action is a bonus, in modulating anxiety with it's associated
adrenaline
rush. I take Sertraline long term, like for ever, a life saver for me, literally. Had probs with Flecainide and AFlutter. Not tried Propafenone.

Egg collection done with an emotional rollercoaster.
Some of you know that, due to having found we need PGD, I’ve been having my latest ICSI cycle at two clinics- the one only 20 miles from my home (who I’ve used before and like) and their sister clinic who are licensed for NHS PGD about 75 miles away from home. It’s much bigger, more impersonal and generally

and hydrocortisone and I was blue lighted to hospital. I’m normally given iv aminpohylline but managed without it and after 10 days was discharged home.

Morning Adrenaline Rush?
My morning anxiety has given way to a major
adrenaline
rush as soon as I open my eyes. Does anyone else get that? It seems to pass after I sit for a little with my coffee (decaf of course). But it's a little bit of a scary feeling. I was just wondering if this happens to anyone here?

Adrenaline Rush
For some years I have not experienced an
adrenaline
rush, even at times when you would most expect this. I talked to my neurologist about this some weeks ago.
