W7, R2: Take that, Black dog!
used to do that because it gave me an extra kick, but now I've come across advice from an expert saying that if you are on a slow and steady run, you should end it slow and steadily, because your muscles are tired and because you wouldn't want to destroy the relaxed feeling you got by an extra kick of

Cold for a whole day after running
Some suggest that this is caused by the body trying to come down from an
adrenaline
rush, some suggest iron deficiency, low blood sugar levels, etc. and prescribe eating a small amount of carb & protein post-run, which I might try on my long weekend runs. Anyone else have other solutions?

Severe anxiety or something else?
I wake up with internal tremors and uncontrollable physical anxiousness/
adrenaline
/lightheaded for hours but no impending doom. Then my body seems to crash, I'm exhausted but still can't rest or sleep and it feels like I am drugged or sedated.

Perimenopause or anxiety or both?
Wondering if these sudden rushes of
adrenaline
and sometimes heat are related to perimenopause. Sometimes out of he blue, I’ll have these symptoms which include what feels like racing heart and sometimes a palpitation or two .

Root filling and adrenaline free anaesthetic?
I always have
adrenaline
free anaesthetic for dental extractions and normal fillings but am probably looking at root fillings for a wisdom tooth. Because of the length of the procedure I wonder if
adrenaline
free anaesthetic will be good enough.

Trouble sleeping
I started having this weird symptom of feeling a rush of
adrenaline
and a sharp inhale upon falling asleep last year. It started to get better but it’s been really bad again so I hardly get any sleep. This seems to only happen at night and not when I’m taking a nap during the day.

Ugh With Trying New Things!
It's like "oh someone passed her on the right" (
adrenaline
), she screwed up on her excel sheet (
adrenaline
), her appointment is in 20 minutes and she's 22 minutes away (
adrenaline
). I don't need to skydive to get a rush, I just have to have a new dentist appointment.

High Blood Pressure and Adrenaline System
Is it likely that BP is affected by
adrenaline
system kicking in? I have been taking 1.25 mg Bisoprolol since being diagnosed with GCA and was advised by my nurse practitioner this morning to start to take also 1mg Dioxazosin.

IBS basics for beginners
Dear all, I have recently been suffering from excess burping and stomach pains for which I became dependent on Nexium for a couple of weeks. I have recently found that this is due mainly to changing from almond milk to lactose free milk, and also because I have been drinking a lot of decaff tea and

Intense short panic
This will cause a sudden release of
adrenaline
which is really intense and I don't feel grounded. This only lasts a couple of seconds. It's not a panic attack as such, no sweating, no palpations, no heavy heartbeat, no dizziness, none of the symptoms of panic.

It’s been a loooong night 😴😴
Yet more nebs, plus atrovent and hydrocortisone and he keeps saying ‘not sure if you need
adrenaline
yet... hmmm let’s keep it in reserve’ (tell him I don’t need as never had and I’m not that bad... it’s just a chest infection 😅).

I cannot get over someone saying something mean to me TWO MONTHS AGO
I just think about it so often and I get an
adrenaline
rush and anxiety and more stress going over and over the things they said to me. Can you die from anger? It feels very similar to a panic attack. I feel like until something is resolved I will never stop thinking about it.

Humming to sudden deafness in left ear
On the 29/10/2019 I was supposed to do the blood test to see if my
adrenaline
glands are functioning .. again. What a disappointment but I will cope. Worse things happen at sea. 👍 YuliK. 76 years 🌹

Help? I need advice. T3 makes me ill but gives me my brain back.
I know I'm a difficult case but I don't want to be written off as psychiatric when I know it's either cortisol or
adrenaline
which is causing this? Thanks in advance.

PANIC ATTACK? NO, ATTACK PANIC II TRIGGER
Come along with me. We're going out to have a panic attack. Yep, we're going to face it and accept it. So, I'm a little nervous as I walk through the market hoping I can get my shopping done before I have a pa. I don't enjoy this anymore , I put it off until the cupboards are bare. I hurry a little
