I am also facing some other issues like sleep disturbances, smartphone

and things like that. Due to this condition I am not able to form a relationship. This also makes me upset. I don't know what is all this. Can I will be able to overcome this a lead a normal life?

Ketamine and psychological therapy can help heavy drinkers abstain for longer, a new clinical trial shows
The
addiction
is driving their need to drink. If ever the word, “Alcoholic” needed a true definition, then an alcoholic should be a person who has an
addiction
issue, and not just a drinking problem.

Why don't people want to quit smoking?
use another substance to quit nicotine 2. they try to use another type of smoking with less negative consequences than usual cigarettes 3. they don't do any research 4. they give each other advices that are profoundly false And probably the most important thing, they utterly ignore the fact that

How do you fight game addiction?
I'm in my second year of university - I have a lot of assignments. I created a routine or system that I can manage my tasks, my daily stuff that needs to be done. In the first days, I follow that system so well. But in the following days, I often got stressed or something that causes me anxiety and I

Perfect last cigarette
And it's not an excuse, it's not an
addiction
talking, it's my genuine state of mind. As you can imagine, you can't stop yourself from thinking when you're trying hard not to. The "last" cigarette is always ruined by horrible thoughts and I don't know how to end this vicious cycle.

Anybody who deals with a spouse with an
addiction
knows life can be a rollercoaster ride. It has taken a toll on my mental health in the past and I don't want to make things worse if it falls apart again.

I’ve been given a second chance, and I shall be continuing on my journey of self discovery and education to become an
Addiction
/Trauma Therapist to help others people find the gift of discovery. I share this to hopefully give others hope,I know I have been lucky, but never give up.

NAD IV Therapy??
We need to stay good and sick, keep swallowing handfuls of pills, and then develop some new
addiction
so we can spend a month in rehab! It's an endless loop of chasing our tail. I've heard more horror stories from good people lately who have come really close to dying in or after visiting an ER!

ADHD + Depression, rants thoughts and questions
Even did a 3 year sex
addiction
program and have spent a lot of time in a sex anonymous 12 step program. I know it has negative effects on my brain, and keep thinking if I can break the cycle maybe that is the key to everything else. My therapist is helping me with this as well.

I hate
addiction
and I hate all the reasons we are led to self medicate. I’ve had such a rough road I need to find something positive and distracting to ease my mind. I’m broken ☹️

Should I be anxious about taking tramadol?
I'm very afraid of
addiction
, as well as tolerance to this drug. I'm quite scared of having to rely on it, and then it not working as well anymore because I got used to it.

5 years since my dad passed
He struggled with alcohol
addiction
and couldn’t beat his
addiction
or he’d still be here today. Oh how I wish he could know my son, his first grandchild who just turned 2! Love you dad and miss you. Photo of him and I on my wedding 8-25-12.

"I could of done more..."
I lost my father back in June; he struggled with
addiction
and alcoholism and his heart couldn't take it anymore. Even though we didn't have the greatest relationship, I loved him and wanted him to get better. When I went to clean out his place, I dropped to my knees when I saw how he was living.

My Story and Journey thus far on Lexapro/anti-depressants
I battled/ am battling with
addiction
issues and a plethora of other very serious issues, which stem from my childhood (sad considering I am still a very young adult). I am on the road to recovery, though!
