Hi everyone! Not posted on here in a while but have never stopped lurking 😅 Sorry in advance for the long post and update! My last post was about thinking of moving to a clinic abroad, which we did early this year. Since then we've had 2 cycles in Spain. 1st cycle there (3rd overall after 2 x NHS cycles

alternative to sertraline due to restless legs
I have suffered restless legs all my life. A few years ago my dr checked my ferritin level. It was very low and I took iron. My legs got better and I was elated. No one had ever told me there was such a simple solution in all my 71 years. I have also taken sertraline in the past but never associated

rhubidium scan result and angiogram/stents next week
I have more than 10% ischaemia in the lateral wall (circumflex territory) and epicardial calcification on CT for cancer surveillance. How mild or serious is this? I am having an angiogram next week with stent if possible but there is a chance I will need a CABG instead. Any similar experiences?

Very high IgE levels
Does anyone else with autoimmune PA have a sky high IgE level as I do? Since diagnosis mine has been around 2000 KIU/L (normal range <20). I don’t suffer from any of the conditions usually associated with very high serum IgE such as aspergillosis, Hodgkin’s Disease etc, so whatever has caused it is

I’m 58 and suffered a heart attack (STEMI), on a plane followed by cardiogenic shock in April 2022. I have 5 stents fitted to two arteries supplying my heart. I went into cardiogenic shock shortly after the first 4 stents were inserted during the heart attack. I was taken into intensive care and had

not happy!
feeling abandoned! Hi everyone! In two days time it will be the third year anniversary of my stent operation. I didn’t have a heart attack. Just shortness of breath and the angiogram (I think) found a “severe” blockage in my LAD. I assumed)dangerous) that I’d be back to normal after the stent. But

insomnia
I need some one who is taking CBD for insomnia with success to share the brand of CBD he is taking with me. From my past posts you may be familiar with my oxycodone-induced insomnia. The Hempland USA Cannabitol has lost effect after 7-8 months of daily dosage of 83.4 mg every night. I am now again

Random Halloween Question
Morning all, So I have an unusual question for you all this morning. In my family, I’m very close to my twin sister (she’s currently going through squamous cell carcinoma), my girlfriend, my daughter and her girlfriend and my son and his boyfriend. Yes, a very rainbow family! But every year we enjoy

Stopping heart attack meds After 12 months
I have stopped Ticagrelor and Omeprazole after taking for 1 year following 1 stent fitted for heart attack. I did not wean off them just stopped. I've had bad stomach ache, constipation, feeling sick, acid since, particularly bad laying down I'm thinking it's because of stopping Omeprazole? Any ideas
