Only one egg fertilised on day 1 - gutted - this fertility rubbish is SO HARD
Diet, suplements, yoga,

WTAF do we do now, what do I ask for?
We take all of the supplements and I have spent so much money and time on
acupuncture
and counselling. We have been to the recurrent miscarriage unit at Tommy's and have a plan for steroids but I cannot get that far, to need to take them for a FET.

Insertional Achilles tendinitis
I've also just signed up for a set of
acupuncture
as a last ditch attempt at trying to get rid of this problem. I know that it takes a long time to get over this so not expecting miracles.

Feedback from anyone who has had
acupuncture
for their AF would be much appreciated. Prior to my diagnosis I used to have
acupuncture
4-6 times a year (mainly to treat skin conditions). However post pandemic/acupuncturist moved away I have not been having treatment.

Lymphedema & Knee bursitis
I have started having
acupuncture
to help the pain and the acupuncturist thinks I have Lymphedema and has started lymph drainage on my legs. At first they felt wonderful. now they seem to be just as large as ever. My GP said there is no treatment on the NHS for this, if this is what it is.

RED February completed 🥳🥳
Thankfully the physio then told me I should avoid running, but that walking would be good (combined with stretching, strengthening and massage, laser,
acupuncture
from her).

Thin lining at 5.6mm for FET - Any tips?
I am currently on Progynova 6mg a day to thicken my lining, eating healthy etc and having
acupuncture
. Due to have another scan tomorrow which will be cycle day 12. Is there any tips on how I can get my lining thick, fast? Is this something to worry about? Thank you ☺️

Pinched nerve, disk neck issue
I tried
acupuncture
and chiropractor adjustments. Which adjustments maybe help sometimes for few days and then back to pinching. My question is it the trapp knot reason why pinching happens or pinching reason why upper trapp knot happens? What should I be treading ?

Physiotherapy/Acupuncture
Treatment was mainly nerve/muscle stimulation but a year ago I also tried
acupuncture
. I am an engineer (well, used to be) and I can't understand how this treatment works but it is helping me to move.

Thrush 3 days before FET
The only difference in this cycle is that I've done
acupuncture
and right before the thrush, I've had a vulva cyst recur (which showed up during the first transfer as well but at the time due to the progesterone pessaries, and for which I had to take an antibiotic and the transfer resulted in a chemical

Weakened hip flexor muscles
I am going to try
acupuncture
next week to see if that helps, the pain on rising is agony. I am the main carer for my hubby, who has Parkinsons and urinary incontinence, and we also have an elderly cat who likes to wake me too early with his howling.

Massage before or after transfer?
I get a short session of
acupuncture
at the clinic in Spain before transfer, but I’m thinking of booking a massage locally either before or after transfer and I can’t decide which will be more beneficial?
