What do I do?
I started
acupuncture
and have been walking for miles each day. The issue is on the last 2 nhs cycles of ivf I have had 1 and 2 eggs collected on the highest dose of menopur and gonal-f. The clinic has said that my eggs have not been good quality.

Where has the time gone?!
We’ve been getting on with work, doing
acupuncture
and believe it or not trying to move house! Talk about doing everything at once...moving house is a big task and we are potentially doing it whilst doing IVF which is a bit mental really! Ah well maybe a good distraction!

Holidays and life
I’m using CBD oil, medication, yoga, and
acupuncture
every day or weekly to cope. Any other ideas I’d appreciate! Due to my health anxiety I can not take medication without freaking out on side effects. Hope everyone else is doing well during this season!

Slipping Rib Syndrome/Costochondritis treatments
Physio, osteopathy,
acupuncture
(most successful but not available at my Pain Clinic) Just wanted to chat to anyone else who might be experiencing this or similar. Anything else worked? My GP has been great but is a bit lost as to next steps...

Advice Appreciated!
I was on the highest dose of progynova, patches, take vitamin E, drink pomegranate juice,
acupuncture
and still no luck. The Drs are now reviewing and will be doing it differently next time. I just wondered if anyone has had a similar experience? Any suggestions for things I should be asking?

I have ordered these rings today in the hope that it will improve the dexterity of fingers to some extent. Has anyone an experience of these rings?

Risky Behavior - Complementary Medicine
In this cohort study of 1.9 million patients, published in JAMA Oncology , researchers discovered that people who use complementary medicine - stuff like herbs,
acupuncture
and the like - were more likely to refuse conventional treatments.

What next?
Have been having
acupuncture
for months and taking all the necessary pre-conception vitamins. I see on this site people talking about all sorts of medication I have never heard mentioned at my clinic.

Are Plant based diets beneficial?
Hi I have just had my first visit to an acupuncturist, which I found very relaxing. I mentioned that I had CKD3 and they recommended a Plant based diet, is there anyone who might have tried this?

2ww driving me nuts and I need exercise advice.
Hi all, so 4dp6dt, last 2 embryos 🤞 Not had many symptoms, but trying my best not to think about it on patches this time which also have made a huge difference so bloating only started yesterday which I'm guessing is because all the build up of hormones I now have. Feel much more realaxed than my other

Thoughts on IVF and Acupuncture? Worth it?
I have had a google and from what I've read,
acupuncture
would not benefit us. However, there are so many conflicting stories. Has anyone tried it? Do you think it is worth a go or a waste of time and money? x

Round 2 in Feb...Who's with me?!
After letting our hair down well and truly over the Christmas period (and December in general!!) taking our acupuncturists advice, Hubby and I have decided to postpone our next ICSI round until next month...so in about 4/5 weeks time! We will use Jan to detox and cut out everything bad just to give us
