Is levodopa/Benz the same as cd/ld? Is it available?

That refers to benserazide which does the same thing as carbidopa. The formulation with this plus levodopa is called Madopar.

Is Madopar used in Europe and Sinemet in the USA Park Bear? I see on HU people mentioning madopar but none of the neurologists I’ve seen have ever mentioned it. Thanks!

Does SMD refer to nonmotor symptoms?

The article says it doesn't help as a monotherapy, but does as an adjunct to levodopa, so if that's true, what's the point? Although, I do believe it's probably pretty effective in many cases, otherwise it would not have been in use for several thousand years. I'm going to think about trying something. I've read that their sleep stuff works well. I've had poor results from acupuncture.
