First Period after Failed IVF
I have both severe endo and PCOS so for the last year have been on a strict diet and I have had
acupuncture
and taking part in yoga so the severity of pain when AF comes has significantly reduced.

finished prednisolone 2 weeks back, still aching
Tried
acupuncture
in desperation, 1st practitioner didn't really help long term, later changed to another practitioner who has been more than brilliant.

Fingers crossed for FET
I’ve been doing yoga, gentle exercise, meditation I’ve had a few
acupuncture
sessions and have a plan for more with my acupuncturist. I’m trying to eat healthy etc but if anyone can offer any other advice to improve chances and get through the next 3 weeks and hopefully on to 9 months.

Acupuncture during IVF?
Anyone used accupuncture while going through IVF process? I have heard it does help in getting positive results. Planning to get before FET as fresh one failed. Any suggestions or experiences

In focus: approaches to symptom management - sleep
Some complementary therapies, such as
acupuncture
and reflexology may also be helpful for improving sleep, although more research is needed to confirm whether they are effective.

Acupuncture
, Light exercise etc. I've been feeling really healthy and went for the scan today and it was WORSE than when it was previously cancelled in November. My lining is only 5.69mm.

Looking for IVF advice
I have regular fertility
acupuncture
and I avoid ‘damp’ foods such as dairy and starchy things. Any advice on what my next steps should be would be appreciated.

Managing endo pain
Hi ☺️ Just wondering if anyone has found a miracle cure for managing endometriosis pain whilst on period 🙏 I get weekly
acupuncture
, use castor oil packs, take my pain killers days before period is due but nothing seems to be helping manage the pain 😥.

Morphine usage and control of pain. One pain sufferers journey.
I have had treatment from exercise,
acupuncture
, medications of every kind and finally having morphine injected directly into the spinal column. Some or all had some effectiveness on controlling the pain. This was all done over several years.

IBRUTINIB AND HIP PAIN
IBRUTINIB AND HIP PAIN: First, I want to say that since Ibrutinib is such a miraculous drug, many people want to stay on it. The hip pain needs work throughout the day, but can be mitigated or eliminated. The main muscles that cause pain around the hips are the quadratus Lumborum and the gluteal muscles-there

Acupuncture?
I'm new to this group, so this might have been discussed already, but has anyone tried
acupuncture
for RLS? With this miserable malady, I have tried just about every natural remedy out there, but not that. Several of the natural renedies help, but not permanently.

Electro acupuncture
I would be interested to know anyone who has had this treatment or anyone who has thoughts on this subject I was recently contacted by a rls clinic ( I won’t name the said doctor) but I have used his service in the past. Basically he treats rls with a tens machine connected to parts of the legs and

Navigating endometriosis naturally
It helps to do yoga when I ovulate and just before my bleed, I believe this is a good time to do things like
acupuncture
and reflexology also. I think it's important to exercise really consciously and know when you will be straining and when you need to be gentle and more fluid.

Tinnitus and Flecainide
I've tried everything so far to reduce the Tinnitus including
acupuncture
, 3 different types of hearing aids, hypnosis, low dose Naltrexone, OTC meds (Flavanoid), all to no avail. It's a tough nut to crack. I've researched that a rare side effect of Flecainide is ringing in the ear.
