Gaviscon dilemma
I told him I had stopped Omeprazole and was just using Gaviscon at night to control
acid
reflux
as it wasn't too bad at the moment and that I thought things had improved since I changed my diet. .He said I was doing it the wrong way.

Happy new year all! Am wondering if anyone here has ever been prescribed Tranexamic acid ? Particularly interested if anyone has been prescribed this in pregnancy as a preventive and how they got on. Appreciate any input, struggling to make an informed decision and as usual there seems to be a lack

Neck Pain.
I have neck pain which is getting worse. Is it more likely to be from the osteoporosis in my spine, or, as a result of the
acid
in my mouth from
reflux
, or, as a result of piling pillows high in an attempt to stay propped up at night for my heart and for the reflux. It feels like a neuralgia.

Success with Adderall dependence and changing medications?
Anyone have any luck changing medications while dependent on Adderall? If so, how did you do it and what if any supplements did you use? Even if it was just quitting altogether, that can be helpful too. I am not addicted, but I am definitely dependent on Adderall. Like many others. The chance to stop

Suffered on & off for years, acid reflux & lump in throat plus mucus worst it's ever been!
Possible help & I've never seen a specialist. One Dr had me on 150mcg now on 75mcg alternate 100mcg. I've request to see Dr so can ask to be referred but alas telephone call to a nurse practitioner just before Christmas. I have a number of food intolerances too so now struggling to eat without reflux

Started Triplet Therapy this week, new doc, new (better) treatment plan!
Started triplet therapy this week with first dose of NUBEQA on Wednesday and Docetaxel yesterday afternoon at City of Hope in Duarte, CA. "Fired" my local general oncologist whose plan was Xtandi, radiation, and Xgeva for me. She was against chemo in my case since the mets weren’t in organs. Contrast

Acid Reflux
does anyone suffer with indigestion and
acid
reflux
. I do really bad at the moment, have been on Lansoprazole for 3 weeks and it doesn’t seem to be helping much. I get a lot of trapped wind which is really painful. Had an ECG which is fine. Any advice would be appreciated.

Between a rock and a hard place :-(
Hello. I’m looking for advice from the experts on here and others who may have been in a similar quandary. In December 2020 I paid privately for a Rheumatologist who suggested a DEXA Scan. I did this because of various aches and pains particularly in my legs and hands which I couldn’t fathom. The

pmr without steroids
I’ve just been diagnosed with pms and doctor wants me on steroids, but I’ve asked for a month using natural methods ( turmeric, d3, omega 3, healing, and homeopathy) has anyone out there managed this condition without steroids?

Upper Stomach Bloating
I have been having awful nights with it, as when I’m falling asleep I get sudden
reflux
, not particularly
acid
, and a feeling of everything moving up. So a lot of sleep deprivation too. Windeze doesn’t help much and hot drinks make it worse.

“The three amino acids that are most effective at increasing dopamine levels are l-tyrosine, L-dopa, and phenylalanine.”
Anyone using these in combination? I think adding SAM-e to this might work synergistically? I’m learning other means of increasing dopamine to wean off of Azilect.
