morning could my hiaus hernis cause bp

morning everyone , can any one shine some light on what could be causeing the sysmtoms im having . i have a hiatus hernia and iv started having like a heavey achey pain under my breast bone from left to right and a achey light pain in my back with it some times . i get acid reflux and heart burn quite a bit and thoat feels like i m not making enough slurther in my thoat when i swollow sometimes. and now my bp is spiking up now to 133/85 plus 86 when after being on my feet doing small jobs around the house. im doing a bp chart at the moment . could this be my hiatus hernia causing this oh and i do get palpatations which i know hernia can cause them . but i not sure if this is i have got high bp or if its the hernia that is causing it . please if anyone out there as a hiatus hernia could you let me know if youred had any of these sysmtoms could this be my hernia causing this bp spiking up. thanks

Hi Mrshappyme. This really is something you should speak to your GP about. We can't diagnose problems on the forum. Your BP doesn't sound high to me but you really do need to consult with your doctor for a diagnosis. Good luck.

Yes I've got hernia and gerd. I was diagnosed with high bp in 2020. Same time with hernia. Now got Gerd. I get palpitations and flutters as well My bp is higher than yours . I take meds which keeps it down. I am happy if I get 130 over 75 as I'm 72 now.

thankyou for your reply iv just had results from ultersound scan shows i have got gaullstones i have to see my doctor tomorrow
