Unauthorised procedure question
The reversal went well without complications, but within a week of being discharged I was back in hospital as the 'flap' had formed an
abscess
and become infected. This required a clean out and I was discharged with a negative pressure wound therapy unit (VAC pump).

My son is recovering really well.
Deep cleaning at dentist caused major blood infection and internal
abscess
on lower leg. He also had damaged aortic valve. They opened up the calf of his leg on both sides and actually cleaned it out by pulling a cloth thru back and forth. That was the most painful.

At the beginning of July my husband has a tooth
abscess
and was pushed backwards and forwards between dentist and doctors. He eventually was admitted as an emergency as he couldn’t open his mouth.

abscess
. I am now back on week 2.

My son is in hospital
His right leg is really hurting him and the say he might have an
abscess
. He was going to have surgery on his leg first but they cancelled it. I am utterly exhausted and my hips are killing me. I went back up to 12.5 mgs as the ten just wasn’t holding me. My anxiety level is thru the roof.

I miss my old life
I had antibiotics for 4 weeks and the recent scan showed that the
abscess
didn’t change. It’s still the same size which means more antibiotics but what’s the point? It doesn’t seem like it’s working.

I’d like to introduce myself
Enbrel gave me a tooth
abscess
that required emergency surgery. Next we tried Remicade. That gave me drug induced Lupus. Next I was put on Actemra. Bingo! Relief! Only it dramatically lowered my white count.

Can tingling in hands, arms & feet be related to hypothyroid?
In 2016 (2 years ago) I had adrenal fatigue following a stressful family situation & tooth
abscess
& a viral gastric flu Dr thinks it could be an autoimmune condition. Has anyone come across this with hypothyroid? Thank you for any advice.

Unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy
Unfortunately, 3 days later I was rushed into hospital with sepsis and they discovered an
abscess
on my right side and I had to have emergency surgery to remove my right ovary and fallopian tube.

Dental problems and Osteopania
I have Osteopania thanks to the steroids and in the last month or so I have had 2 crowns fall out and an
abscess
form above another crown which is requiring surgery to treat. I asked the dentist but he didn't seem to think it was linked. I'm not so sure so I thought I'd as the experts!

I don’t have Endo, but was diagnosed with a frozen pelvis a few years ago whilst undergoing surgery for what they thought was a cyst but turned out to be a huge
abscess
which had been undiagnosed for 18 months despite visits to the drs who just kept telling me it was thrush - the
abscess
was draining

Recent Salpingetomy and Fertility Issues
What was initially a laproscopic procedure became a laparotomy as it was a burst
abscess
turning sceptic. It ruined my left fallopian tube, damaged the right, and adhered my left tube to the bowel that all needed fixed.

Abscess and Endometriosis, what a pair!
I would love to hear feedback from others who have experienced an
abscess
on a tube. How long did it take to clear up? Did you have to have to remove anything? Or just any comments! Thanks for reading!

How does your skin signal serious health problems?
Abscesses
If you encounter an unpleasant
abscess
, do not try to solve the problem yourself. Often, this phenomenon is associated with staphylococcal infection, which can be dangerous for vital organs. If you ignore your condition, it can even lead to a fatal outcome.
