Hi everyone,
I cannot find anything in regards to what I've been through and would love to actually hear some positive experiences, if any.
I've had 3 laps over 6 years in regards to burning and cutting away endo.
Last week I had, what we thought, would be a routine Lap and Dye test as to see why I'm not getting pregnant. The results were that my right fallopian tube was completely blocked and beyond working order. We were told to try Clomid on my next cycle and then to start thinking about IVF.
Unfortunately, 3 days later I was rushed into hospital with sepsis and they discovered an abscess on my right side and I had to have emergency surgery to remove my right ovary and fallopian tube. They said the adhesions on my abdomen were horrendous and there was nothing they could do to save the tube and ovary.
Luckily my left side is completely clear.
I would just like to hear others experiences of the recovery time, and what pain people went through in the days and weeks after.
I'm 28 years old by the way.
