I expect that there is something like this already. If so, please could you point me in the direction of suggested exercises you can do when working at home, say a few mins every hour or two as you get up from your desk.
I think I am more likely to do some in short bursts than if I have to workout for 30 or 45mins by myself.

As another idea, I do have workout cards, available for dumbbels or resistance band or yoga, etc. they also give me a quick way to do a few poses or movements whenever I want.
Finding what works for you is half the fun, so well done for exploring this!

My go-to exercise channel on YouTube is Lucy Wyndham Read. She has lots of videos and 'shorts' of varying lengths - 'shorts' are just a few minutes of 'exercise snacks', plus there's lots of videos of exercise routines lasting from 5 minutes to 30 minutes long. Most are all standing (ie no need to get down on the floor) and don't require any equipment.
Body fit with Amy..You tube..lots of short office type workouts.. many less than 10 minutes.. Do take a peek at past posts..there are a few for when we're short on time. X
