Fifth day of our 7-day, 5 Tibetan Rites Challenge!
Good morning, Tibetan rites yogis! Another day, another increase in a repetition!
We are up to 5! A good number of repetitions!

Fabulous, take those 5 Rites with you wherever you may be. I will and I might also stick to anywhere between 5 and 7 repetitions but am likely not going beyond these. But as a very quick morning rite, that number of repetitions is perfect. And they do feel as if they set you up for the day!
yeah, me too. I had been humming and hawing about these rites for a couple of months, as they are so repetitive and short. But that’s the beauty of them!
I did it with adjustments with a printed pic of the Rites to remind me what's next... I can remember the first and last one but get muddled in the middle... I loved it
First time doing them from memory! Yay! I did six reps (I'm still one day 'ahead') just before lunch. No warm up for me today as I only had 10 minutes but I felt great afterwards! Maybe there's something in the multiples of 3 🤔
