I incorporated it into my lower body workout this morning. Balance much better one side but the other side was hopeless! Had to restart 3 times to get to 10!

I am still holding on to a shelf, I fear. Am not quite stable enough to let go completely.
Just hopped into my time machine and went back to day 1. Barefoot, extremely wobbly! But also watched a couple of his associated videos for firing up glutes, and I'm going to add them to my pre-run warm-up.
