Third day of our 7-day, 5 Tibetan Rites Challenge!

Ok, can we do the 5 rites from memory?

If not, then take a peek at day 1 or 2, links are below. Also the warmup is available from day 1 or 2.

But I’ll be trying to do todays’ 3 repetitions per rite from memory! (I even chose a picture that doesn’t give any clues 😉)

So who managed to remember each rite and in the correct order?

🍏😂 I have the little logo 12345 so I am afraid I didn’t do it from memory, but I did manage x3 modified repeats on the floor.. Before my warm up I did some deep breathing out in the fresh air… I feel set up for the day now…

I did them from memory, and I actually enjoyed the fourth move this morning but last one is the best 😉

✅ me too, I’ve just gotten up and done these. And showered. Great way to start the day!

(And I’m beginning to like rite 5, done with the help of a high yoga block. Feels good)

I've just recited them from memory ☺️But after the rain yesterday which prevented me from doing day 2 the grass is still too wet.

I'm moving today so fingers crossed for dry ground 😂🤞

I've done 4 reps - I thought yesterday was day 3 and today was day 4!🤦🏻‍♀️ I can't do them from memory yet so I used the video I linked yesterday. I found them easier today. Maybe because I followed Floss's advice and I this time I did warm up beforehand 😊

I did them but not by memory. Memory is a very weak spot for me! However I will give it a try tomorrow. The moves are feeling more comfortable and an enjoyable addition to my exercises.

Yes, the moves are feeling more comfortable for me too but today I did feel dizzy after the spinning. I'll try slowing down tomorrow 😵‍💫
