So how are you doing? Well done for getting regular to our virtual gym to do these exercises!
Are you doing these barefoot? Or with shoes on? Are your knees wobbly when you do them? Or firm and stable?
🍏I have never been more aware of my glutes 🤣💥 Definitely can’t get all the repeats today but will keep trying! I do it barefoot. 🦶 The extra video with him on the floor is great for lower back strengthening… this was given to me when I was having lower back pain!
6x2x2 all done! And yes, oh, boy my glutes feel it. Not quite on fire but they are smouldering glutes ….
… hubby and I had giggle about that phrase ( which is saying that he mocked me for the choice of words)…
….. but that was after we had another little tussle during his James-Dunning, suggesting to him which correct hand should be there when that foot should be here… ⚖️😵💫🫨🫣🤔🤪😇
All done - plus 20 squats and 10 heel raisers (while brushing teeth!) and 10 standing push ups! Definitely a bit wobbly today, more than yesterday. I am sure that was because he talked about wobbling and the knee going inwards at the beginning 😂 🦵! I am doing the exercises in running socks - too cold for bare feet! But maybe barefoot would be better, will try that tomorrow.

Brilliant!!! Yes, he does make you self-conscious of all sorts of things going in when you simply stand on one leg!
I’ve done them barefoot until now, but must try them in shoes to see the difference.
Yep definitely feeling it more today. Still wobbling about and losing my balance but I think that's me more than the exercise, I'm often off balance! I've been doing it barefoot so may try in running shoes tomorrow.

I have been wobbling in bare feet! I am usually good on one leg in yoga so don’t know why I’m wobbling so much so will get my inner Adrienne focus today 🫣🤞🏼
Yes am actually still doing this, barefoot. Also easier on carpet, but feel that's cheating. Still wobbly and doing it slower than James to concentrate on using glutes (quite tricky). Also enjoying the extra videos (and the slapping of buttocks and thighs - am I allowed to say that , ha, ha 🤣).
