Tried forgetting about pace and put watch on to hr training. Tried to keep it in the green, most of the run I did but hills seemed to let me down. I think nuts a good start. Feel so much better, as in I'm. Not busted cause I was going flat out for pace. I reackon I need to be in around 6.25 average
