And also wanted to just get the message out that we’ll be dropping a weekly virtual yoga mat here in S&F, for those of us who are doing the YWA daily January Yoga Journey.
It’s bound to be a good one. It all starts on the 1st, with a first yoga practice dropping on her YouTube channel on the 2nd.
It’s all free and if you have not tried YWA’s version of yoga yet, maybe this year is it. It’s a gentle, usually short-ish daily practice that accommodates all levels.

I'm going to give this a go! I've sort of dropped yoga as my weekly class is at the same time as a Pilates class which is nearer since I moved house and which has the most fabulous teacher. I did try the 30 day challenge with adrienne last year and struggled with some of it. I think I may need to just relax and give myself permission to do what I can and not get frustrated at what I can't do! Thanks for getting me back on the mat cbdb. I'm off to get my yoga kit on right now.
