Week 2 Signs of Progress

Tried Strength and Flex a while ago and gave up as couldn't get motivated and was concentrating on C25K.

Picked it up again and can notice improvements in week 2 as exercises become easier. It is also slightly more enjoyable than the 1st week, possibly because the pace picks up a little.

Might stick at this time...

S&F definitely complements Couch to 5K. The exercises will improve your running.

On the last week 2 exercise with your hand grabbing the back of your shoulder, should your hand feel like the blood isn't flowing to it or am I doing something wrong ?

Hello runningnotwalking

I didn't know that C25K existed. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. Sx

It's a great program if you haven't run before or for a while.
