Week started off really good with a gym seesion and a good strong 5k on Monday. Too good I think. Tuesday and Wednesday where so busy in work and I was doing 15hr days so just took them as rest days. Got a 4k of sprints in football on Thursday, really good gym session friday, Saturday another long working day and today I went for a fast 3k. 14mins 20 secs pace 4.47 on a hilly route. Rather pleased
This new job is challenging to get everything in. I'll get there in the end.
Was complemented by another gym goer, he said to keep up the good work and that he can see a difference in my physique. (was rather needed)
