I sincerely hope that you will be injury-free Fab450, I hope you enjoy your recovery exercises, if you do go for a run tomorrow, make it short, perhaps a little of week 1, run 1 of C25K, maybe not all the 8/1 minute runs but 4, depends on how you feel.

My core strength work out yesterday...was amazing,,10 hrs with small runner in training... !
2 hours at Wildlings ( Outdoor event Stafford Wildlife Trust) .. an hour in the park playing and kicking leaves and racing around trees.. and carrying, said small one ( she never wants carrying) back to the car... and then upstairs and down a million times over the day.
I think this challenge could be a whole lot easier.. I shall start it on Saturday!!! Ha Ha!!!

You are setting a great example! We are doorbell-sitting at our daughter’s while she works, and if the electrician delays long enough, I can start this.... 🤣 Hope those running niggles have fled under the onslaught of S&F! 👍👏🏼

Brilliant! I enjoyed day 4, thanks 🙂 Tomorrow I get to run and do day 5 too - just have to decide whether to do post run yoga as well 🤣 I have a rare day off work so I may well do the lot. A proper 'me' day 🙂 (which also includes a pilates class and a nail appt ... 🤭).
