I've been enjoying her runners yoga after my runs and thought this might be a good way to try a bit more variety. No idea whether it will get more difficult, but day 1 is done and was nice and easy, just as she said it would be โ. Anyone else fancy trying it?
Tomorrow is on my plan as strength. The weather looks OK though so I know I will be tempted to cycle instead. So I'm saying it right here, right now ... tomorrow is my strength day ๐๐๐. Please hold me to account ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
