In the course of today, I have
Run/walked 4.6k
And, more importantly
Shifted ( roughly) a bulk bag’s worth of top soil: dug it off a heap, bagged it, lifted bags into my boot, and then wheelbarrowed about half of it through my house and into my back garden. The other half is stacked in its bags along my front wall.
Rain stopped me digging more this afternoon, which is probably for the best.
I did try to be conscious of my core while digging, and I think I will feel it in my middle tomorrow. Though right now I am feeling it in my thighs. Right now, I can also still use my arms \o/
I think I’m calling this one functional strength work.
