Here we are at the end of March and starting April. I am still keeping up with my move every day, I am currently on day 92 today. I am still really enjoying it. The days I’m tired I do a really good stretch session and it is really helping, I am finding I am getting less tired now so I need to add in more stretching.

Great job RFC... and I’m blaming my activity addiction completely on you now... I missed the first couple of rest days this year, now not so much! Although I should have realised it, I hadn’t noticed that we are nearly at 100 days of activity. Don’t think I’ve ever done that before.
Wow! Looking good Rfc, very well done. Nice mixture of activities too which is really good. I am a bit limited - mainly walking doggie or running, plus lots of bending, stretching and carrying heavy buckets etc at work
Thank you, after my HM in May I’m going to go for lots of different ones just to see how many I can get in one month. The June diary should look fun 😀.
