Loving this... now hitting 3 active 10s daily... killed my training plan and back on a running one with cross training as the weather has improved. So Monday was a nice 30 minute run, all active 10s hit in one go 😂. Yesterday was hectic but got 3 short walks in and some dumbbell work while watching TV (4kg until I couldn’t do any more on each arm as per BBC the truth about getting fit) and today I started with a 10 minute brisk walk and then a 20 minute tempo run this afternoon. Tomorrow is going to be planking and hoping to get 30 minute brisk walk in in one go, Friday is run day, Saturday I have a wedding to attend (does repetitively lifting pints count?) so going for a long walk before it. Sunday is 7k before tailwalking junior parkrun... they’d beat go easy on me 😂
Great news, you are doing really well. I’m not sure on the pint lifting 😉😂😂😂. You sound like it has suited you the same as me, the structure is great I find and I love being inventive on busy days. Good luck for the rest of the month, we will soon have February in the bag 😀.
Yeah. Looking at my running plan there’s a few days I’m worried about in the summer... 10 mile long run may be more difficult to move the day after 😂
I have a 2.5km swim in March and a HM In May, Hehe, it might just be stretch days after those, which actually is really good and what you are supposed to do but I’ve never done it before so I am thinking what we are doing might inadvertently be bringing me better habits. 😀.
