I’m with you girlfriend. Stay positive
Sending positive vibes your way Epinto !
It's a very scary road when you don't know what to expect. You know or can dream up vers scary scenarios. The good news about that is they are only scenarios. What you do know is you are here today and today is worth living for. So instead of thinking about nightmare outcomes give hope a chance. Make a positive impact on life today. Continue hoping for the best results and outcomes. It's easier said than do. I am no expert. I have traveled this road for a little over 10 years now. I understand the depths of the abyss the mind can go. I try to remain on the surface in the light. I talk with my doctors and try the best I can to understand my situation. I always ask to be sure I am clear. Preparing myself for the possibility of the known road. This is not to say freightening things do not happen on that road because they do. If I can understand what the doctor tells me the less dark it is.
You are not alone. You have found this group of diverse minds and experienced people that are willing to share and most importantly care about what you are going through. Keep in touch and post updates, questions etc. this group will help. I will be waiting to hear your news and help in anyway opi can.
Thank u so much for your reply. Ten years and still optimistic gives so much hope! Bless u every day! All anyone has is the present and yes that should be cherished! Going for my pet scan next week and hoping for the best!
It is very scary - never know what to expect, whether to hope too much etc etc. We have all been there - and maybe continue to go through all the fears etc before every blood test or scan! But this group is amazingly supportive and there are so many positive stories out there. Keep your chin up and keep sharing. We all need the contact and support that comes from a group like this.
