cbd oil usage

I have bought CBD oil and they said i could use 15 drops a day, two drops under my tongue, which equates to 7 applications/day, how do you use it, it does help me but for short periods of time, please could you advise me how to use it effectively

I’m still trying to figure it out too. I have a tincture and do 2 dropper fulls at night. It works sometimes. I do better with vape pen but want to find an injestable way. There is a FB site for cbd oil users so I read stuff on there. Good luck

Hi I put my oil in a capsule. Take morning 1, afternoon 1 and night 2. I am down from 2. And a half pexola to a quarter. If I woke up at night take another one. Sleep like a baby.

Hi. Know I bought the empty capsules at the pharmacy. You can put the oil under your tongue. I don't like the taste of the oil thus put it in the capsules.

I have a vape and put the oil in there, obviously only use this if you are/were a smoker - I quit 7 months ago and the cbd oil helps quite a bit for me too

I originally had very bad RLS only at night and was prescribed a dopamine agonist. This worked fantastically for about 3 months then I got augmentation so that my RLS became 24 hours. Absolute hell! I doubled my dose from 1 to 2 tablets. This worked for about a month then augmentation!

To cut a long story short, I now use CBD oil and have found it very effective in suppressing daytime RLS, I can almost lead a normal life. I have also reduced my night time dose of Pramipexole to 1 tablet. I take 2 drops of oil under the tongue at about 11am and another 2 drops about 5pm. I take the Pramipexole at about 8pm. This regime works about 90% of the time for me. The oil is not effective if RLS has already hit me.

Putting the oil under the tongue enables it to be absorbed through the thin membranes into the body and avoids it going through the stomach. Hope this helps.

I have just started on CBD oil after many years on the dopamine agonists. At the moment I am on Lyrica and Tramadol and trying to cut down on both. I don’t have daytime Rls but the nights are bad

There are so many types and strengths of the CBD oil that I don’t know where to begin. Any advice would be welcome. I

I am in the UK and I buy Jacob Hooy CBD oil from Holland & Barrett. It is usually £19.99 for a 10ml dropper bottle which lasts, almost, for a month. However, I look out for special deals when it is reduced to £14.99. It is also available in a 30ml size which is cheaper per unit. It is 2.75% CBD in hemp oil. Put up with the taste - it may be worth it.

thank you Tapir, yes the taste is like straw, i pop a peppermist afterward, do you wait until the RLS hits then take, or do you take through the day at intervals

Thanks a lot. I live in France but am Scottish. I came back from the uk yesterday, where I was helping my daughter with her new baby. While I was there I bought the Holland and Barret oil - both the 2.75 and the 5%. I tried the 5% but it left me in a daze the next day. I found the 2.75 too weak but will try your method of taking it earlier.

I have also just received a free sample of products from CBD brothers. They are based in Suffolk and have a good reputation. Do you know anything about them? Where are you in the UK?

When u say drops....how many mg is that? I am suffering so badly since early last night.

Difficult to say really. I think from a rough calculation that there about 100 effective drops which would work out at about 100mg of oil. When putting the oil under the tongue I can only judge that the oil has been delivered by the sensation I feel. I more accurately take 1 dropper full twice a day.

You use it very regularly, say every three or four hours. I use it three times per day, plus before bed. It is called 'micro-dosing'. The body metabolises it quite fast.

Unfortunately it is now illegal to sell, buy or be in possession of CBD oil in the USA state where I live. Go figure.
