Another early early start for me!! Power walk completed. Such a beautiful morning you can't help but smile... Just patching up myself, well done on day 2, the first few days are the worst but at least you've got the sun and us on your side!!

Yes it's a beautiful morning! Walked to work and feel free from smoke, I know

it's only day 2 but I feel better already! Onwards and upwards!!!

Morning early birds Im patched up and getting ready for interview . Beautiful day here,a proper walking day..sadly I am back in kitchen later for more painting and stripping

Still I will make the most of being out for my interview

Feeling very tired,pain bad at mo so sleep a pain lol ..anyway noticing nic a bit loud at mo ..but Im putting on my ear plugs and just letting pass ..I know hes cross and i really dont want to listen .

PHEW !! interview over..and ..I survied without NIC !! not that he didnt shout loud as i walked back to car,what a bugger he is ..but I told him good and firm and tucked into some trail mix and a few deep breathes and bye bye nic ..oh yes we rolling :).

Dawn I seem to have hijacked your day 2..sorry ..just seems daft starting a new blog ..hope you're day is going well and you have this beautiful sunshine

No problem Jan - It's both our day 2! My day is going well, just had my coffee break

but I didn't have coffee, I had an apple, banana and orange instead! Changing the habits

is all part of quitting...if I'd have had a coffee I would have automatically connected that with

a fag. So by replacing it with something healthy I didn't think of a fag....simple...lol!

Anyway Jan hope your interview went well and onwards and upwards for us. My best friend also

quit at the same time as me so we also are supporting each other!
