Well here is the start of day 3 for me just about to put my patch on, its a lovely day out there I shall enjoy some fresh air later ........ hope everyone has a lovely day whatever they are doing and will catch up with you all a bit later

I'm day 4 today 😊 my quit day was Wednesday all going ok have had a better day today not such strong cravings like yesterday so hoping for an even better day tomorrow 😊 xx

Today has been easier but I have used my inhalator aswell as the patch ....... my chest is still bad but a little better than yesterday as you probably know eating a relatively large meal when well can make you breathless but when your chest is bad and eating a large meal isn't really a good idea ...... was diagnosed with copd 5 yrs ago but in the last 6/7 months when I get breathless I've started to have panic/anxiety attacks 🙁 so spend a lot of time anxious
