Hey Noel

Well done, know what it's like to quit living with a smoker, maybe you quitting will help your wife decide to quit as well.

Enjoy a smoke free day 😊

Hiya Noel and welcome back to quit support😊

Well done for getting back on the quit journey👍🏼not easy when your wife smokes and I know how hard that can be as my hubby smokes☹️

You have to stay determined and you can do it. Keep a patch under your pillow so it's ready to put on first thing in the morning and use your mist every time you need it. Stay close to this site and wishing you a good NOPE day🚭🚭🚭

Welcome and good morning Noel☕️☕️

3:45 am western Canada time here...

Great decision to quit smoking👏

You must have a good reason for quitting..... I admire people who can quit who live with people who smoke....

My reason is stroke..... Runs in my family with women who smoke.....

Just don't have that (one)drag on a cigarette ever and you'll stay a non smoker..... That's our mantra on this site..... Not One Puff Ever.....( No matter how we feel or what happens)

It's not easy but the people on this site help each other out all the time ... I went cold turkey but not sure if that was the greatest idea😅😅😅 the physical withdrawal was a bit much in the 1st month hahaha but I did it nevertheless....

So hope to talk again!!!!

Aup Noel, welcome back pal :)

YEAHHHH bring it on :) that is one hell of an incentive Noel :) :) ermm, just wandering Noel, have you got this in writing :o :D :D

Noel, if you have any trouble with the patches or quickmist, just fire away pal and we will try to help you :) :)

If you havnt already, my advice is to make a quit plan :) especially the part of making a list of the WHY's you want to quit :) and make a few copies of this and stick them around your house where you think you will get that flippin ''urge to smoke'' :) PLUS, your Wife will see these and it just may make her think eh :o :) :)

Good luck Noel and any trouble, you come a shouting pal :)

Pete :)

that will be so much better for you if you both quit...take the challenge :) :)

That reminds me of my hubby. He used to say to me that if i quit smoking he would quit drinking (he quit smoking 10 years earlier). Often i would say to him..you gonna find t tough if I quit smoking..he always responded that it was a safe bet as I would never quit...Funny when i did quit, after about a month I reminded him to get a reaction ( he loves his beer)...NO NO..that was only valid for 12 months...Yeah Yeah..change the rules...he stills drink and i dont smoke.

Get it on writing :) :) :)
