I hope the weather's good where you are today and you forget the chores and just get out and enjoy the countryside and get some of that lovely fresh air into your lungs.

Good morning peeps, we have a little sunshine too - yay, so am going to quickly get ready and go out on my bike before it disappears, bit nippy tho at 2 degrees, brrr.
I've been up and out on a lovely walk with the Puppy Dog already, we brought her with us Its absolutely beautiful here, a nice clear day with fantastic views :0)
Getting network coverage or wifi is very temperamental so I'll grab it as and when I can
Andi, any exercise planned for today? There's a few pathways here and with a decent pair of runners on I'm sure you'd love it :0)
Sinfree, have a lovely bike ride. I'm sure you'll soon warm up! Keep that sun shining inside and you'll be grand
Pete, are off to see your advisor this morning? Thanks for booking some sunshine in, it's worked here. I remember last year when you booked quite a bit in for us :0)
Hope you're now onto your 2nd cuppa Sue and got most of your housework out of the way. Try and Chillax :0)
Remember to stay strong everyone and believe that you can get through this stopping smoking journey :0)
Hi Emjay, should have done my next run today (W6R3 - oooer - 25 mins ) but think I need a day's rest after the last few days - will try that one tomorrow Just planning a walk somewhere with friends and their dog later.

Yep bin to see my adviser, and my CO readin was 6 1 up from last week, but she was happy enough with it, she said that cos I live with smokers it would be around about there
You enjoy your jols gal, and dont you do anythin that I wouldnt do speak soon
Puddles? There'd better not be - I don't do mud haha, I'm one of those that lifts their legs up when I see a puddle or stops just short and cycles slowly. Am boring I know. Hopefully the roads will be dry and will avoid canals til weather gets better. Going right now before that sun disappears.
No chance of a walk today Andi i'm to sore after yesterday, hopefully i'll get one tomorrow
hope you have good weather for your bike ride sin :), sounds like your having a great time Emjay, hope the weather stays good for you :), think you'll need to row the Atlantic Pete to shift those extra pounds
see you later

Hey Sue you got that flippin house work done yet gal
Sue i know your feeling a bit sore today after the walk yesterday, but I bet it's worth it
Pete, isn't it strange that you've put the weight on only in the last few weeks and not during your other quits? Maybe it's cos you're not quite as active as in the summer (? ) and autumn and spring as in out in the garden, digging and stuff and generally more mobile. (if you know what I mean.)

Yes it may be that Andi, all I can say to that is rollllllll on spring
Went to a forest for a walk, friend chose it as being a gravel track therefore dry underfoot. Followed the track, straight, no hills, for 1.5 miles, turned round and came back. Tried another path on the way back which ended up in a bog so reversed again and back to original path.
God, I could eat a burger! Have been hungry since the walk and I want to eat everything in sight - can't wait for dinner-time - I'll have to cook early today.
Sounds like a lovely walk Andi only thing i don't like about forest walks is the midges although i might walk by the burn tonight to see all the wildlife, you only see anything early evening did you see any wildlife on your walk?
Got my housework finished, at along last, and hubby's making tea so i have my feet up now I love it when he's off work, gonna get him decorating next week
I can't wait till spring either Pete, i love all the spring flowers, and the smell of cut grass
If the amount of lying water was still there in the summer I don't think anyone will be going anywhere near the forests cos we'll all be savaged by the mozzies! The only wildlife we saw were dogs ranging from 2 giant hound things which were the size of ponies to the smallest of Shitzus which was not much bigger than a kitten. It was so cute, then later a black lab nearly knocked me off my feet it was so excited playing with it's friend and charging around.
That's lovely that you can go and see wildlife at your burn. What do you normally see?
So if hubby's gonna be decorating next week, does that mean that you have to cook for him then?
Hi John, I think it's lovely how you deal with your own wildlife! Would newspaper be stronger than kitchen roll? They have to have something to amuse themselves with and if they know that it winds you up, then like kids, it's all the better.
Poland seems to have left she was doing so well .I hope shes ok .
All you good people going out for lovely walks..its been lovely here in hampshire,my walk consisted of taking my 2 year grandson to the park ,we had fun then home to play save naughty norman with the help of fireman sam,bod the builder and scooby doo, before he decided a nap was in order.Other than that Ive paled taxi driver and stll have one trip to do..really must put my fee up !! lol..have a lovely eve all xx jan
Mmmm that looks good but I'll pass on the cake thanks. I'm trying to be good but it is the weekend and I have been starving all afternoon so that's that! I found a bar of Ritter sport in the wardrobe so I'll eat half tonight and half tomorrow. That's much better than opening a box of Thorntons and having it wink at me every time I open the cupboard.
monkyAdministratorCake sniffer outer• in reply toandi22
RRRRRRR, thats why I put Malteses, on top, cos then you could eat them and not get fat
What the flippin ecks a ritter sport :?
Hmmm so it was hiddin in your wardrobe, hmmm I wonder if I could do that
Pete, is it really the anniversary of your Dad'd passing? If so, I hope you don't go too OTT on the tinnies tonight mate.
PS I think JC must have dropped off to sleep - fancy missing out on cake - you'd better eat up the leftovers before he does - quick!

Yes Andi, 16/02/2011 he died, we cremated him on 02/03/2011, now one of my Sisters has just phoned me to tell me that my Mam has been rushed into hospital
Was going to say, please try and make it in the morning - I'm not the only one who gets up before midday - the earlier the better as far as I'm concerned.
