Hi Freebuffalo, First of all well done on reaching almost 6 Months.

May I ask are you still using the nrt spray mist, as many people have side effects from that. You shouldnt be in pain and should be over the cravings or at least very few.

You say your still very tired, I doubt if it is to do with your quitting smoking.

I would advise you to get checked out with your doctor. Then you can check on your pneumothrax, and why you are so fatigued. It may be you have just got a virus as their is all sorts going around.

I wish you well . 😊

Hi jillygirl thanks for the reply i am still using the nrt but have cut down on it i will be getting onto the doctors in the morning i thought it was to do with the fact i was smoking for 20 yrs that i was still getting withdrawal symptoms but now im obviously second guessing that theory as they should have at least subsided to a degree

I would be tempted to change your nrt. I know some members in the past have strruggled with the spray mist and how to come of it. May be an inhalaytor would be better as you can lower the dosage of nicotine gradually until you get to zero. That actually worked for me. xx Your right your withdrawal symptoms should have decresed noticeably by now. xx

I agree with our lovely Jillygirl's great advice πŸ‘cos the spray mist can be addictive if your not carful πŸ€”

Please let us know how you get on πŸ‘πŸ˜€πŸ˜Ί
