Hiya! Aye EmJay, still confident I won't be smoking again which feels nice, my brain is telling me it's not my willpower but the patches though (grins) I think it's going to take a long time for my brain to understand what's actually going on.
Take some of the credit yourself Missus If it wasn't for your brain telling you that you wanted to stop smoking in the first place, you would never have thought about using the patches
Then your brain would have had to work with your will power to encourage you to go and get the patches prescribed for you....
The patches then help you out whilst your brain is wondering how it finally managed to get you to listen
