Happy Birthday Andi! Heres wishing you the loveliest of birthdays, like Lisa-Jane - can you remember when you last had a smoke free birthday? Have a lovely day

The weekend is here already, be sure to think of the day ahead and have any strategies in place ready to deal with any withdrawal symptoms or cravings. This could be anything from breathing exercises -(to calm you down, to help pass the time), to keeping busy - cleaning out those cupboards, cleaning your smoke smelling clothes from your wardrobe (that you haven't worn since you were smoking), wash your car and remember to keep it a smoke pfree zone.

There's lots you can do to ensure that you are ready and prepared for your up and coming quit date or to see that you are going to remain smoke free.

You can do it... Just believe it

Remember, If it's to be... It's up to me!

Hi Emjay, how am i feeling today, hmmmm about 5 out of 10 so far, just wondering whether to try the champix or not !! now i can get it off the internet ?!

Yes am off till Monday night !! yeah working nights again next week, as i said before i dont know what shift im working until the last minute, so i dont think it would be any good going to the docs for a prescription for champix, because i wouldnt be able to get to the advisory meetings if that makes sense to you thankyou for being there for me

Emjay. I hope you didn't have to pay out loads of money for nothing on your car, you could do without that!

Pete, well into your second week now and your worst time - the weekend - with all those tinnies and pubs and everything else around to tempt you and tip you over the edge. Stay strong, take lots of deep breaths and tell yourself that you CAN do it. You've gone much longer and you do really want to do it, don't you? You'll just have to wave two fingers at all those people who keep trying to lead you astray!!!

Lisa, hope you finished your job yesterday and can now relax and enjoy the weather today (with lots of deep breathing )
