all i've got to do now is cut it up !?
Ha ha anybody know how you should cut a pineapple up ???? i've always bought tins of it before, ready chunked
Also i can just remember cutting the top off a pineapple at school, and growing it somehow, not sure how though

The shop Lakeland does a really good gadget for peeling and slicing pineapples. You can probably get it in other places now though.
Are you gonna dust your bike back off now that it's finally supposed to be drying out? We're supposed to be getting quite a few showers today though, so will try to catch up indoors today so can be out and about otherwise.

cus i had a look at the shorts with gel in them, hmmmmm just not me gal 
Just been looking online at Asda store, and they sell these sadles at £7. 49 each, so might just get one tomoz
You will soon harden up! (No pun intended! ) I think you should try the shorts. When I bought my bike I got an old fashioned saddle with springs in at the time and a larger area to sit on! (No, I think my backside is still the same size ) They also do these gel saddle covers. Better off spending the money on a pineapple gadget.

Morning Claire, hopefully calf will be ok. Still going careful, got these exercises to do (suggested in the garden but I didn't want to be carted off! ) so I do them indoors - running and skipping and other things. Alternate days I have to run/walk outside - one minute of each for 10 minutes. Have interpreted this as 10 mins running in total and am being good and doing it all on the flat in a nearby park.
My pt keeps wanting me to go to his bootcamp. I said I'd wait for the weather to improve before starting and now he says I can't cos the running's too much for me yet! Can't seem to win.

4 weeks today!!!! woooooooooohooooooooooooooooooooooo...I actually cant believe I have done it and with no slip ups.. I would give myself a pat on the back however im too busy shoving ritz crackers down my throat to do that!!!
so thank you everyone for helping me get through,seriously dont think I could have done it otherwise.
Im not sure if its in my head or not but since they put me on the lower patches apart from being very snappy with everyone and even a bit tearful (which is very unlike me) Im eating non stop...
I also now am getting hiccups whenever i use my minis,or other NRT ?? anyone can help me out on that one!!

Morning Lisa, thought you'd be about by now. Just having a ponder (and I'm sure I shouldn't really say this BUT ) if you're getting all the symptons now anyway, why not just ditch all the nrt and embrace all the sh.. and get it over and done with once and for all!!!! Then you won't have to put your household through it all every time you have to make a reduction!
Anyway, apart from all that, a BIG CONGRATULATIONS on getting 4 weeks under your belt now!!

MINI LOZENGES
Treatment period:
At least 12 weeks then reduce gradually

4mg for heavy smokers (20+ cigarettes daily)
1.5mg for light smokers (up to 20 cigarettes daily)

ive just got them as a back up to my patches.so 4 weeks use and they have never given me hiccups till ive gone on to this lower dose patch. Ive got the 1.5mg so quite low
I have a friend whom whenever he smokes more than usual he gets hiccups, he hates them!! you'd think he'd quit for that reason ..17 years on hes still got the hiccups!! so Im wondering if its go anything to do with too much nicotine, messing with your system?? I think Im going to have a look online.

Andi , you know what I have been thinking the same thing today as im now on 14 mg patch. I didnt expect to feel this iffy!! Ive done the cold turkey thing before,the nicotine would have been out my system but like a fool I then went back to smoking, think it I may try it again though. Thats the way you quit wasnt it?

i been stopped 21 weeks please dont let me b back on them ive tried loads of times it gets worse each time usin spray have used electronic fags sick of charging them so wish me luck as i wish u all the luck in the worldxx
