Hi there calonso and welcome to our community, this is the best place to be if you want to make your quit work because we can all help each other get through all the ups and downs that go with quitting smoking. It is tough at times and we look forward to seeing more of you.

Day 3 already, well done, you CAN do it! :)

I think I've lost the plot! I just checked my notebook when I wrote everybody's dates down yesterday and I've even got the 30th on there!

All sorted now though :-)

Hey Pete, from what I remember you only had the one smoke and didn't return to smoking fully. Having the one cigarette is a simple little setback, going back on to more, on a regular basis means that you have returned to smoking, relapsed. Having just the one doesn't.

Wednesday 30th May is still the date I have down as your quit date set :-)

I think you probably need to stop being so tough on yourself and think about all the cigarettes you haven't had and keep positive :-)
