So far so good been over 13 weeks without a fag ,Reduced my e-liquid strength for the second time now only using 6mg fluid now in 3 weeks plan to go down to zero nicotine level ,

Over a couple of days of transition I have no nails but it went a whole lot better than any other method I have tried.
