Feeling off

Has anyone prescribed you any painkillers. Tell them that your losing sleep because of the pain and that paracetamol doesnt help. xx
I have explained that to them and explained that my stomach pains are absolutely excruciating and i have been backed up since august and they still wont anything about it fair enough they offered enemas but im unable to administor them myself because of risk of perforation but they refuse to help me x

You see im sacred that it could be colon cancer because I've read stories on forums that the symptoms im experiencing are exact same as cancer symptoms so im really frightened i don't want to die this young xx 🥺

Hi fb if you feel that unwell it might be best to ring 111 or go to your nearest A n E again I know it’s probably not what you want to here but if your ill you need to be seen, 😊I wouldn’t google things as the majority of medical things always show worse case Scenario and can make you quite anxious after or when you read them you could also get in touch with pals if you feel you have been treated unfairly medically. Enemas are quite safe and good if you’ve been blocked up so to speak but it can take time for things to go back to normal (many ladies used to have this done during childbirth years ago sorry for the info 😊) Keep up with the no smoking it’s much better for your health if your not smoking take care you will get there I no it’s easier said than done but worrying won’t help you to get better and can cause other symptoms And make you feel worse take care you will get there 😊xxx

I was there earlier and tried to get them to do something for me but to no avail im getting quite desperate i do nhs 111 online and it always tells me to go up to urgent care and im there for hours for them to refuse to help me😞
Have you tried a powder laxative? You could ask your GP or your pharmacy for Movicol which is a powder mixed in water to drink. It takes a bit longer to work but is gentle on the stomach.
I agree with Yvonne as I think you are googling too much. We all are victims of this. I think you need more distraction with your thoughts about your stomach and smoking etc.
Stopping smoking will help you in the long run. Your body needs time to adjust . Try more relaxation and patience and less googling. 😊xx

I have been trying laxido and fybogel just got to wait to see if they work thank you for your advice its much appreciated
Have you told your doctor how concerned you are about having cancer. Your doctor should be able to get you a bowel test like you get through the post. that would probably put your mind at rest.
Here is a link for the nhs bowel screening nhs.uk/conditions/bowel-can...
You can actually but a bowel screening test from your pharmacy. xx

morning fb give them time to work stress anxiety lack of fibre / water can all contribute to not going properly if your on laxido your meant to drink a lot of water with them plus it’s great for your body to stay hydrated eat lots of vegetables and fruit exercise is good to help it along 😊 I agree with jillygirl relaxation and patience is best 😊xxx
