I hope your all coping with your quit journeys. If you happen to relapse and fell for the just one smoke and I will feel ok Scenario ,don’t be fooled it never works,

If you have relapsed try and think why you relapsed , what could you change, and did it really help you. Don’t give in just keep on trying. It might be a case of using Nicotine replacement

To help you over the worse cravings. There is no shame in using some extra help.
