Ok, so this is my first ‘Feel Good Friday’ post 😬 and if I’m honest 🤔 I feel a bit of pressure so I need all your support and help!! 😂 I know the idea is you come here for support 🙄 😂 but we all need a little bit sometimes 🙏🏻 🤪

Ok, so the pressure is I’ve got to try get a few of the 15k+ people on this group saying hello or posting 🫣 sounds like it should be easy right!! 😫 🧐

Yes the weekend is here! I have quite a packed out one ahead.

I know that definitely helped early days in my quit, keeping physically busy, mentally I struggled to keep focus so keeping physically busy with low mental capacity was really helpful! I don’t have any excuses now though!! 😳🤪😂
