What is NRT?

NRT stands for Nicotine Replacement Therapy. When used properly, NRT really does help people stop smoking. Currently there are nicotine patches, gum, tablets, lozenges, inhalator, mouth spray and nasal spray.

By using NRT, you are only getting the nicotine from the product, not the other 4,000 chemicals that are found in tobacco smoke.
